Thank you all for your submissions! We really are liking many of the designs!! Here is a little feedback regarding the logos thus far.
#1: A bit too wide, looking for something a little compact.

#3: A bit too wide, looking for something a little compact. We do like the tooth image quite a bit.
#4,5,6: Looking for something a bit more complex / web 2.0 from a design perspective.
#7: On the right track for sure. May be a bit busy.
#8: Would like to keep the logo contemporary and easy to read (sans-serif if possible).
#9,10: Logo looks a little busy, looking for something cleaner perhaps.
#11: Looking for something a bit more complex / web 2.0 from a design perspective.
#12,13, 14: Really like the drop shadow and the contemporary tooth image. Can I see #14 without the blue dot above the tooth image?
#15: Not really fond of the mouth image.
#16: Not really sure what the blue/black lines represent.
#17,18,19,20: Like #19/20 the best of those, both color schemes are nice.

I really like the name on two separate lines, with the icon on the left. That way, the logo isn't as wide. Thank you all again...
