This looks good. I appreciate your hard work. The tools were a great idea. What would this look like with a white circle with a red outline instead of a gear. I get what you were going for but it looks very similar to a friends logo.

Nice! I like the LLC and the EST date, no one else thought of that. Now having said that could you show me a tweaked design that doesnt include the name, just the initials? Since my business name is my name I like to have something without my personal name on ir if possible. I know that sounds strange.
