I like the look of graphic added to, and above, letter "V" . While attractive, that graphical touch is not as meaningful/relevant to the business name as the magnifying glass in Entry #2. Also like font and size of both lines of logo.
Thanks for the effort of trying to also incorporate the tagline into logo, but I think it becomes too crowded; trying to fit too much. HOWEVER, I DO want the tagline to be associated with, and appear nearby, the biz name - in website, business card, and a range of other places. So perhaps it isn't technically part of the "logo", but is positioned close by?
