My submission. The concept is to empower companies to make a difference to look at persons with disabilities as an important role in both the industry and community.. The design sends a positive, fresh enlightening message to inspire companies to make a difference

The design embraces what can be achieved not focus on disabilities.

Hi Dave. We really liked the approach that you took, particularly #78, but we need professional "polish" to appeal to a business audience. We felt that the graphic representation of the people just didn't have that polish. If you want to submit any other designs in the next while, we'll be happy to see them. TY

aah I did not see you ranked my...I do agree somewhat as to not so whimsical but I do have another idea a tad more retro that used man and woman

typo today, a more retro theme that uses a woman and man if that is a direction you wish to go, if not I'll simply move on

Sorry Scott. All of this is on top of a typical 10 hour work day for me and I was jamming through my inbox - have an issue with a customer named Dave that is a main event today. Will happily consider any designs you care to submit.

I've done a few initial sketches thought the concept is good it more political, which I was not expecting. Thank you for considering my work.

this is true especially with crowd sourcing,

#128 is an update tot he original design. the design has a more corporate feel without losing the message, The 3 figure represent Men, Women and Young People just starting out in the workforce. Again it is a positive and enlightening message.
