I like the edge on #36, and the style in general; would like to see the ".com" more prominent and on a similar weight as the other text. the "DL" in the badge is a little abstract, and I"m losing the sense of limousine transportation message. I like the sense of security/assurance that the design communicates. Thanks for submitting! Truman
Very much like the update and #65 is the top candidate! Would it be possible to try something with the skyline (thank you for actually using Denver!) in the foreground (replacing the white arc-design), and mountains/peaks in the background? We also liked the fern elements (sort of cadillac-like, around the badge/crest) as they are also used by a sister company, presidentiallimo.com (their site will be updated soon, btw :-) Thanks a ton!!
Glad you like it. I think I can combine all those things and work the skyline into the front and keep the swash elements. Will work on revisions and submit shortly.
#68 I kept the swashes to look more car emblem like but tried not to make them take away from skyline and mountains. More feedback welcomed, and thank you.
Really like #68; the swashes a slightly smaller (lower) and give some good motion to the design in front of the skyline. Ok, getting pixel-pushy now, but if you could... would you mind raising the mountains up a bit so the center peak is above the building? (maybe lower the skyline a bit) I think that'll be it, unless you don't mind adding the ferns (as seen in our established parent company's logo: http://presidentiallimo.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/top-bnr-2-a.jpg If you're not comfortable doing that, as another designer introduced the element without prompting, I completely understand. It will probably be something we add later though, as the CEO liked that it created some continuity between the companies identities (DenverLimo.com is a DBA, or doing-business-as, name for PresidentialLimo.com). Thanks again, and really nice work!!
#70 how do those mountains look? I can tweak more if you want. I did try some swhoosh things more like your sister co., but they did not work quite as well on this design as they do on your other logo because of the bldg. and shield shapes.
