Hi Brian, Sorry to join your contest so late, but I had a lot going on and forgot this was in my watchlist! Anyway, I finally finished my initial design proposal, so here it is. I wanted to create a round circle emblem to maximize the versatility of your logo, and also to reflect old records. A perfectly round logo like this allows for it to work great on anything from websites to t-shirts. Also, this distressed/textured look can easily be turned on or off, as I have placed it on its own layer--it gives t-shirts a really cool vintage look!
