Cottage SceneLogo Design Contest

Here are my submissions, i hope you like them.

Comments and suggestions are welcome.

I like the pine tree in #17. It isn't a 'windswept pine' which is common in my area, but it's not bad. I like that you tried a solid colour behind the entire text portion. I am not sure I like the roofline of the building in the background. It seems a bit too much like a house in town instead of a cottage. Hopefully that makes sense.

Thank you for participating. It is in my top 3 right now. I am going to get the opinions of a few others before I settle on one for sure, so who knows what might happen. I am not entirely sure how the process works, but if I am struggling to decide between yours and another, am I allowed to ask you to make slight adjustments or tweaks after the contest ends? (Like a slight font change or something).

of course, if you are seriously interested in that design, i'll work a lot to satisfy you like any other designer would do.
"Last submission" means: i cannot top this for the moment without a concrete feedback.

The new ranking motivated me to continue this contest.

Thanks very much. It really does look great. It is tough to choose between the 2 designs. I think the font seems a bit easier to read in this version. I think the font in the previous variation seemed a bit squeezed, or at least the word scene did.

I understand that once the time is up on the contest, I have a week to decide for sure? I have been working on a couple different concepts for the site, so I assume I can keep working on that and figure out which logo goes best with my site during that time and I can change the ranking etc.. before I decide on a winner?
