The problem making the bubble into a thumbs up is the tail of the bubble looks like an obscure part of the hand.

This version I've darkened the orange to a more golden color. I felt this colour gets lost slightly on a white background.

Please let me know if you'd like to see any variations on any of these.

I like where u used the logo the bubble ok but envelope not. think about that the software is based on rating and scheduling system
