Hey I really like the design element in #24. Has the sort of 'feel" I think we need. The Adelaide, Australia is too small to be read from a computer screen easily, and is there a stronger type of font? I want to get the dates in there too.

thanks, like the graduated colour. I would remove the double use of "2012" and bump up the Adelaide and date to be readable from a screen.
