#12 is a neat idea. I could envision the circle with ID being some sort of logo. I also like #5, where I can see the ".id" as a potential logo on the shirt. One critique is that it weighs heavily on the tech feel. Can you add a variation where it feels more fashion oriented? Not sure if you can convey that in a more balanced way. Great work, Thanks!
