More open. A bit stark with just the one color and no gradient in the lotus. We think the gradient in the sphere makes it just a little better than this one for our taste. 4 years ago edmarks commented on #88 Withdrawn Interesting. Perhaps too much of one color for the lotus and the sphere. same comments on font color. 4 years ago edmarks commented on #87 Withdrawn We like the previous one better even though it has all the petals in the sphere. It appears larger somehow too. We would like to see some color in at least some of the writing so it isn't just a grey or a black. 4 years ago Oldenzaal-69 commented on #87 Withdrawn how about this? 4 years ago edmarks commented on #52 Withdrawn Nice use of the dot over the "I" but I think this lotus is more complex and heavier than the one in the sphere. I think no more than 5 petals. Tips of petals are more attractive with and "s" shape. My wife really doesn't like black for the font. We do prefer a gradient in the lotus - not a single color. If the gradient goes for the color in the font and changes to another color at the top of the lotus that is nice. We still like the sphere one better than this one. 4 years ago edmarks commented on #50 Withdrawn The gradient sphere is growing on us especially when we look at it in a small size...which is mostly how one would see it. 4 years ago edmarks commented on #50 Withdrawn This is getting towards a much simpler lotus. Same comments about black font. We could use more gradient. The sphere seems more to contain than to expand the lotus. Kind of like a snowball. I'm not sure how to give it a more expansive feeling though my wife does like the gradient in the sphere which she feels softens it. Lotus shape isn't quite right - not quite upward and uplifting enough. 4 years ago edmarks commented on #49 Withdrawn This lotus is better in color but could use a color gradient between the fuscia and a blueish leaning teal - not just a single colored lotus. It is still way too complex. My wife and I were discussing the designs and she feels she doesn't want black for the font as it feels too heavy and contrasty to her. 4 years ago Oldenzaal-69 commented on #50 Withdrawn how about this? 4 years ago Oldenzaal-69 commented on #52 Withdrawn how about this? 4 years ago edmarks commented on #48 Withdrawn lotus too complex. Could use something to make the Clarity in yoga more separate from the tag 4 years ago edmarks commented on #2 Withdrawn "clarity in Yoga" is legible which is good. Lotus over the "i" is also good and somehow it is centered which is amazing though off center could work too. So far you are the only one who has been able to include the tag "practice with purpose, movement with meaning" into the logo which is a plus. The lotus itself is too complex. Just a few strokes should do it and we would like to use the fuscia/magenta color in the logo. Perhaps a dot over the "i" could be the beginning of the lotus? Just a thought - not mandatory by any means. 4 years ago edmarks commented on #1 Withdrawn We like your other lotus just a little better since it was a bit simpler than this without the outlines of the petals. 4 years ago edmarks commented on #1 Withdrawn I like that you have the I of "IN" as the stem of the lotus and also that you worked in the tag. The lotus is too complex and and we are looking for fuscia and light blue/teal like in the images I uploaded. 4 years ago
