How wold his logo work on black and white letterhead, or coloured t-shirt, or a different coloured back ground for marketing material?

Bolder city line, how about the "I" in lights being a figure with top hat and cane so we bring in the performer into logo.

I tried with the figure in "I" but it looked very messy, and too much going on in the design.. Crowded and to many elements.. I will see if I can find another way of incorporate it, but my personal opinion is that the hat is already representing the actor part.

Im not sure what you mean by copyblike #38? Can you maybe explain again?

I have uploaded a couple of new versions of the logo on white background.

I like 59 but it was a bad suggestion from me about extending centre spotlight beam. Can we return them to your original size.

I had to withdraw the design ranked 2 because I got an message from another designer who were "claiming" lights coming from buildings and that I had to withdraw entry #65.. I dont want to make any fuzz about it so I just withdrawed without any discussion even that I dont agree with him. I hope you will understand.
I will upload another entry with the same design only a little bit longer lights.

Im also working on another design right now and will upload as soon as finished!

Do I understand correctly that you want #79 exactly as it is, but without the arc?
And also the same logo on black background. (Then of course all the black in the design turns white;)
