Can you add the words- "20th District" below State Representative please

Now I think it's to busy with the double lines on top and bottom. Can you think of something else? Maybe a single line?

ok, here are some other requests-
- make McAuliffe double shadow- some people are having troupg reading it and say it looks blurry
-#71 can we see this with a blue star on top of the "i" in McAuliffe
-We need to include the 20th dsitrict but I think the double lines on top and by the 20th district is too busy.
