My submission with 2 version English and Vietnamese. I did visit the website, when switching to Vietnamese the logo should change as well. Rather than having one logo with the smaller translation "Trẻ Em Việt Nam" written below. Even though the site is done in HTML (old) this can be done by changing each of the translated pages.

As you mentioned our website is outdated, and we are in the process of redoing it, hence the logo redesign! Great idea for the logo to change.
