Hi Demin,
Thank you for entering our competition.
For concepts #195 #201 #202 and #203: Overall a nice looking logo, but I think it feels a bit too traditional. At least around here, a lot of architectural firms have similar looking logos. I do like that it is clean and the use of the square dot.
Looking forward to seeing some new concepts.

For entry #237: The concept is ok, but I still find it a bit too generic. I'd like to see some tie, even if it's subtle, to tie it to our industry.
