Thank you for your interest in our contest. I like your design, and see plenty of potential in it. Let me try to provide some of the feedback that I think can bring us even closer to a "winning logo":
I really like the simplicity in your logo. It is simple, yet energetic. Good job!
The dollar-sign in the logo is a classic. We actually used it ourselves for our first "internal suggestions". The case is, in Denmark we do not use dollar as a currency, so it may lose some of "symbolism" when converted to the Danish market. Can we try some suggestions without it?
Our original thought was to get a handshake in the logo. It may not be possible - as we also want to maintain the simplicity! Maybe you can try to work with the idea? We can then see if we should forget it, or keep it in there.
The color scheme of the logo is important in different ways. Obviously, we would like to have a good looking logo, but we are actually also looking to build the color scheme of the website based on the logo. It may be hard to communicate on the contest, but I would be interested to learn more about your thoughts on the general color scheme of the site based on your suggested logos. We expect the main audience to be females (60/40). Maybe the logo in its current state is a bit too masculine? It would be interesting to see a more feminine version to compare.

We are moving away from the dollar-sign; good. I still think we need to find more "energy" in the logo, and work with the colors as well. I do not think we are quite there yet.
Also, we should have something in the logo that tells a bit about what we do. The slogan is obvious, but also a small item. My idea was for the handshake to be that item, but it could be other aspects as well.
