Thanks for the submissions. :)

Entry #163 is particularly appealing. The hummingbird is a great idea that invokes nuturing and hope. #166 is a nice design too.

The hummingbird is not immediately apparent in 163, though. Any chance the design could me more simplistic?

In order for designers to upload change requests during top 5 you will need to ensure those designers are shuffle to be within top listing and wait for uploads then re-rank accordingly
