sorry, its not only about background, but all of them. maybe someday you have to put your logo in the media but just only 1 color allowed, then if you want that deviding lines on the cells in colors, the logo will not looks like the "xenopus cleavage", but just will looks like a plain circle, exacly like #23 but in 1 colors. so whatever the background colors, thats not the problem, the problem is when we created the logo without pay attention on the logo design it self. thats just my opinion. its all up to you:)
149 is popular with a lot of colleagues.....could you do a version where the tree, instead of being in a circle, is in a diamond shape, with the diamond being the same angle as the A in CREATE?
Or if that makes the diamond too narrow to hold the tree, maybe a broader diamond? Idea is to have the tree encased in something angular to match the font.
option for #149 again, top diamond shape outline, i think its better (proportion&balance) and still match with the font (shape) too. let me know. thanks
Like the hexagon a lot --my favorite right now-- Can you try some different all caps Font for tag line A friend suggested helvetica light Or comparable Just trying to make it look open and not crowded Thanks
Can you do a version of 40 The DNA With same picture but the create"a" in The more vertical orientation And "transform understanding of science" As the tag line in the same green as in the DNA? So DNA is same Create is same color with new a Tag lime is different and green Thanks
The last "E" needs a period The small font needs to go back to black (we re thought it) Could the alignment of the small font and the CREATE be adjusted? Adding the E. period after E will give a little more space.
I'm thinking they should be flush left so the "transforming" is right under the C and not a bit to the left? This is a small thing.
oops! 211 is not what I meant We want 209 with three changes
1) a period after the E in C.R.E.A.T.E.
2) black font instead of green for Transform Understanding....
3) realignment of Transform understanding so it is not to the left of the C in CREATE (if possible, if this can be done without throwing off the design. Adding the period after the E (so it is E.) will make C.R.E.A.T.E. a bit wider which might help?
Wow, now that I see that final period after E. i like it better without
So can you take it out?
I see you have centered the "transform understanding...." This might work (ie 213 minus the final period may be the final)
But I would still like to see a version with the tag line the same width as C.R.E.A.T.E (no period)
I hadn't noticed til today that nearly all designs lack that period and it actually looks better that way
So could you try that? It would make the tag line a ilttle wider than it is now--don't know if that means a different font or some kind of justificaiton or what. The font is good so if you can just stretch it a bit that's what we'd like to see.
thanks. I'm really liking these Waiting for a call back from my collaborator to take a final look
Could you take 213 and make the tag line flush with the period on the E.? (yes, back to the one with the period, just in case.)
So now there would be a little space on the left before "Transform" starts, and then the tag line would end flush with the period. It would be a layout just like 228 except now it would extend a little farther to the right.
I was worried that it would look 'dangling' under the period but maybe not. I'd like to see it anyway just to check
OK Let's go with 228 with just a teensy big more white space between CREATE and the tag line Orientation of tag line is fine just move it down a little bit like in 236 and THAT (228 with the little extra space) will be our final pick.
I am assuming you sent me only one new one a minute ago; I only go t 236
This is our first contest and we have to check to see how to proceed but fyi we are picking YOUR design as our winner
It is either 228 or the one that might come in the next few minutes (extra white space) if you had time to do it before the deadline. It has been an intense week and we very much appreciate your willingness to work with us and adapt designs. You are the designer who had the most variety of ideas and most creative ideas for our project so we are very glad that you had the winning design! more soon as we figure out how to proceed
