I like the use of red/black in #13, as well as the easy-to-read tag line. It's almost a little to commercial though -- it would be a great choice if I were doing commercial real estate. However, I'd like something that conveys a bit more approachability and warmth. I need to somehow strike a balance between elegant enough to be seen as able to provide top-notch luxury homes & marketing, but still be the kind of agent that will sit down as the kitchen table to discuss their wants and needs.
I really like entries #17, #18, #19, and #20. Of these four, I like #17 the best, but #19 is a close second. I like the use of the multiple rooftops, as well as the color. I like the company name closer together than with the large space between the "CR" and the "Houses".
On #18, I like how the tag line is underneath the main company name, I will say though, that the way the tag line is done on #19, even though it's on top of the company name, is done in such a way as not to detract from it. I like both #19 & #20, and am trying to decide which way I like the tag line better.
Entry #17, while still having all of the elements of the other similar entries, just seems a bit too spread out, although I really like the size of the rooftops. Perhaps if you moved the "CR" closer to "Houses"?
