This was just a simple design, my first try. Maybe a little too "clean cut" for this design, but I figured I would upload anyway.

Second design, more stylized and aggressive as per the design brief. The right portion of the red mimics the red neckerchief worn by participants, while there is a simplified profile of a bull in the center where the red, white, and black intermix.
