Actually I really like your designs, I would really like to see something that doesn't incorporate the B & P from you... I may end up revisiting your conceptual play off the letters but I am curious to see additional entries. I actually like the green as well.

Thanks, I like the new one with the gears. It looks great how you present it, but because the right is all blue I'm not sure how to present it as a standalone logo. I think your on the right track though. Do you have any thoughts on another 3D object that could inspire creativity with 3D engineers?

Thanks for the submissions so far.

#14 & #15 are interesting... the letters (although I wanted to get away from this... form a near "T" shape) if you look at the "x y z axis" coordinates for a 3D CAD program it looks similar to this. Although I must admit, you would have to rotate it a bit and I would like to see more complementary colors.

how about on #33 you make a bunch of those 3D cogs really little, in turn they make up something bigger (a larger 3D object), but a few are fallen out to show that the larger object appears to be assembled with them.

I like the cog with the "b" in it on #27 & #34 I also like the Buildparts name better in those two, much better than the words being stacked in #33 ( I only ranked it higher due to the white background). I liked the wireframe lightly in the background of your first attempt #27.

I'm really digging this one. You can drop the tag line though since we're not entirely sure what we will use. One of the things that immediately strikes me as needing to be changed is the green arrow between the words Build > Parts... I believe this should be one word and ".com" should be included. I like when the "Build" is one thickness and the "Parts" is another. Great job btw.

On a side note, #34 has a little Icon (the gear with the "b" in the center) could you make a version with that? I could be wrong but that might look nice.

Could you make the pixels smaller (possibly gradating in size) plus more of them (currently just 5) coming from #70

#81 Nice new twist on this idea, the only comment I can think to say, is that it looks a little odd not having holes in the middle of the smaller gears.

Mainly because it appears that the multiple gears, appear to be the same type, heading towards the viewer.

I'm not digging the launching robot so much, but the gear in 3d with the B and to orange ball icons is kinda neat. It's not what we're looking for exactly but is better than previous efforts.

I think you should make a 3D factory, a place where widgets are produced? Stay away from gears, flames and pixels... Make an assembly line (in a abstract world).

Thanks,

Mike
