This may be the wrong direction, but as someone who is in the early process of a possible adoption in our future, I have done enough research to know that all sides need representation to put the pieces together. (We have a third child due in July, and plan to add to that through adoption in the near future.)
The idea here is simple 4 pieces. The physical mother, the two adoptive parents and you. You are the red piece that helps bring the other 3 together.
