Hello Here is my design. I created an isotype representing social assistance to people. In one design are 2 people representing aid. Another design is the only person representing the result. This design can be used perfectly in other colors.
Great job! I love the concept of "aid" and "result". It's a very crisp, warm and hopeful logo. It also should appeal to both sexes.
A few suggestions
1) I like the "aid" design, but could you also try some variations. It wasn't immediately clear to me that it represented one person helping another. Maybe just make a few adjustments. About "result", I was able to see it's significance, but maybe you could make the head and arm a little less prominent and more curvateous. The head and arm seem too big and thick, taking up too much space in the sun.
2) LIke the colors a lot, but could yo play with some more combos.
3) Actually I changed the site to brighterself.com, not org. Could you try some variations with .com and within nothing except "brighterself".
