that is too much for this design. Please review my custom letter B design they are distinct and cool and the custom B can be used as a stand alone mark.

Not really, maybe the bridge going over the whole Bridge street coffee text. Maybe minimize the text and put the river in somehow???

I like the font! The bridge kind of defines our community. Could you fit that in somewhere?
