Nice work! - Brava Vista also means "good view" in Italian - also, incorporating red into the logo may improve it, not sure..

Improvement on #76 would be the "B" and "V" usiing a slightly larger font to show that they are separate words. Also, some lines on the building logo to show it looks like an apartment complex rather than a quartz crystal, for example (only 2, not too many). Real nice work!
