#47 is rough sketch I wanted to get this uploaded before someone else thinks of it. I will be refining this idea of young woman pondering over the contents of the blackbook..the idea is she's telling a story or it could be anyone's story.
I like the direction you are going with this, and the one with the sketch, kind of simultaneous to the new comments I just posted about opening up to other possibilities..
#74, is my fav of all the submission, cutting off the top of the question mark / balloon gives a sense of rising/movement. all stationery, and other marketing material the icon would bleed tot he edge so we keep that sense of movement through the brand....
accent colours are easily changed out for different venues etc.
told ya hit me when I least expect it, it's 1am Friday night well rather Saturday lol
Quite brilliant Scott! I like #67 for it's clean and simple look, and blue color. #69 would be next.
Of the quiestion marks I would agree on #74 being fave and will have to see if that approach is a match to our concept. I see it as less, "where will you go" and more "what secrets or surprises to we have in store for you." will test it out a bit.
#97, if we make the star at the tip a little sun instead, then we have the moon, the stars, and the sun which captures the shamanic pretty well. And I would change the tagline to "Discover the unknown"
I prefer #97 still, and all I that would change there is to wrap the tail of the swoosh tightly around the back of the book instead of cutting it off flush as in #100.
And only change the one central star to the sun and leave the others as two little stars.
And leave the font syle, size, and positioning as is, perhaps only removing the tail of the "A", and then if not too much trouble just seeing what it would look like to stylize it by arching the cross bar from the bottom left of the A up to the center right with a slight arch and taper to match the O's.
the standard package from LT is eps and the JPG image however this is not enough
I supply to CH (contest holders) are these additional formats
1. hi res jpg 300 dpi cmyk 2. hi res jpg 300 dpi rgb 3. hi res black and white 300 dpi 4. no background ground PNG for web work (large med and Small) 5. illustrator vector file
supply with and with no tag not a problem
I'll work on icon updates later today if not tomorrow...I need to head out prior engagment
actually it is the tail under the C that I don't like. Crossbar is fine, just wanted to see it stylized a little as described previously. others my like it the way it is, so we will see.
Hi Scott, the concesus has come more toward the simple more rustic look, though your designs are beautiful, creative, and chic. Thank you for all your efforts, and we will continue to look closely at all of the designs over the next several days.
