Hi Mr. Smith,
I like your entries; I think you have developed a couple of logos that are simple and memorable. Keep in mind that we are consulting with architects and builders who are designing and building homes in the luxury segment of custom homes. Our logo should have a strong appeal to this group. We want to develop a strong brand identity within the luxury construction products community. We also know that, while there needs to be a strong brand recognition to architects, the final selection of products is highly influenced by the feminine gender so we want to create an appeal to this segment as well. Thanks for your entries and best wishes to you.

Hi Mr. Smith,
We appreciate your continued interest in this project. While we like your entries because they distinctly capture architectural themes, the architectural elements might not appeal broadly enough. If you can, please read my recent general posts and see if there might be a way for you to incorporate a more balanced logo that holds in tension the need to appeal to architects, builders and affluent buyers of luxury branded products. There is strong feminine influence in the purchasing decisions and we need to keep this in mind. I know that this broad set of constituencies presents a significant design challenge. In the final hours of this competition we are wanting to see how we might play up the "impressions" aspect of our business name. For example, a reflection, or shaped drop shadow, something that insinuates an architectural "impression" as if it was letter pressed or embossed or something.

Best wishes, and thank you again.
