AppraiserLine.comLogo Design Contest

I would prefer to not reference a house as we offer both residential and commercial services. I like the bigger blocky lettering. Possibly 2 color to contrast or define both words. Appraiser ( Green ) / Line ( Orange ) / .com ( Grey ) ??? or something like that. A general graphic or image background or box may look creative. However, I'm not creative. Designers- I'm open to any and all suggestions. I REALLY love this concept and I appreciate the work going into this. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help in the process. Don't really care for triangles in logo. Would like to incorporate the word line as a symbol or graphic to show a direct line for clients to find appraisers. The “Line” in AppraiserLine would be for communication of some sort…like opening a line of communication. AppraiserLine is a way to co-operate between appraisers and lenders, etc. Maybe bulky font "Appraiser" and thinner font "Line" ? with a graphic to show connected-ness, communication hub, direct line or direct source of contact?

If we could try different font style and types,Entry #13 colors are vibrant would like to remove the reflective effect. And remove the buildings they seem a little too busy.

Entry #21 like the font style and layout. We cannot refer just to houses as we appraise both residential and commercial property may need to stay away from that type of image possibly connecting appraiser to line with some form of line.

Entry #14 like some form of two color symbol would like to see font style and color different.

Entry #23 like the idea of a slight variation not just fonts. The wave effect is creative idea we would like to build off or think along those lines possibly connecting appraiser and line.

Entry #4 like the two color combination did not care for the key hole symbol.

The remaining entries are well done but the symbols do not apply to the concept. Would like to try different font size/color/style combination's and add a small or slight connecting line or very small graphic to add to the name. Possibly capitalize the "A" and capitalize "L" and form a connection or line of some sort to them? With Appraiser in Orange and Line in green.

Let's start over.

Can we try a Orange "Appraiser" and Green "Line" without "AL" as a symbol or keyholes or houses. Maybe a line below or above. With the Appraiser Line logo and font we are trying to convey a place where people go to; Order a property valuation through our convenient online system and find the best local appraisers in your area.

We could try making the i in appraiser and the i in line a image or different ( stick person ? ) I don't know something to add something creative. Please.... no houses. I've been requesting no houses and they keep coming- 10 of the 32 entries have houses.

2 more house symbols? This is too much.....Please read previous comments.

What do you like most? Lower or Upper cases? And the design should be subtly ..

We prefer uppercase, bold letters.
Would like more options for a logo image or symbol next to the words.
No generic images such as houses, magnifying glasses, etc.

This contest is still WIDE open. While we like the top rated entries we still aren't sold on any one in particular. We welcome ANY and ALL ideas. Think outside of the box. Keep those submissions coming. We are open to anything at this point.
