AllosLogo Design Contest

Thanks for invitation, Here's my entry hope you like.

#1 thank you for the entry. The 30th Anniversary logo (subject of this contest) will be used around the Allos logo, and if the two are similar I don't think is going to be very nice.
Said that, if the 30th Anniversary logo is a "interpretation" or re-styling of the Allos logo, it could also work.

#1 also, the "30" number must be much more visible.

I like #9 even if our color is orange, I think the 30 in black stands out more.
Our secondary color is gray, maybe the banner with "improving people's performance" would look nice in gray?
Last thing, can we try the sunflower a little smaller so it doesn't touch the circle?

On #59 may you please try and add the sunflower (small) just before ALLOS, like in our original logo (even if part of the sunflower is hidden by the white curve.
