This is a good start but first we need to get the spelling correct we need it to be ACADIANA not ARCADIANA. and maybe you can change the square background to the shape of the state of Louisiana and let's see the use of the Fleur De Lis maybe in the center of the Cheese.

I agree what an amazing improvement from your first submissions
Go ahead and get rid of #11 the committee is not interested in that one but wow, wow, wow on the others here is what the committee would like to see
They Love the use of the fleur de lis in the cheese in #13 (this is the cheese they like the best out of your submissions) and #14 but would like to see the cheese smaller so you can see more of the state but keep the cheese in the vicinity of Acadiana area specifically Lafayette, La.
They also like the pointer in the logo as it helps with the online imagery.
we like the font in #16 and how it hugs the coast of Louisiana.
We would like to change the color of the state to Red as the colors are more New Orleans Saints Football then the home University team of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette which team colors are red and symbolize the area a little better.
The committee eagerly await these updates as they have told me it looks like you have made a very good turn around and are much more inline to what they may be looking for.
Great, I see that your committee is more about the realistic approach that the cartoony one. I had to try both just in case. Anyway, I will work on the changes you requested and hopefully you'll be happy with them. Any additional feedbeck is welcome - the more, the better :)
