Pet Rescue and Hospice - please convey that they rescue unwanted dogs/cats (usually with issues), so is there a way to represent a dog/cat that has a bandage or injury or illness?

Thank you Mogeek and artespraticas.
I like the layout of the logo on the left and the words to the right as in #1 and #2. The text position of #1 is good.
Do not like the halos in #1 as that implies the pet is already dead.
Would like to incorporate a person - or helping hands
Do not like the font in #2
The person in #2 - #5 is just not right yet.
