My submission for your review and consideration. The mark is a stylized period in the form of a quill. The icon is very distinctive and is a very strong stand-alone mark that can be used for watermarks or stamps. The mark will also translate well to other media types such as silkscreen, embroider and others.
The type face is eras which is readable, however fonts and colours are easily changed at anytime, if you prefer a serif font please let me know.

I am sorry I did not comment earlier on this design. I know it looks distinctive - but I could not see it was a quill. I prefer the sans serif font you used
