Hi There... thanks for working on this project! I showed your designs to some of my clients last night... they really liked the graphic element that you are using. It shows that apartments are not just high rises.
Do you mind trying a couple different treatments to the name itself? Is there a way to have the "407" and "apartments" flow together as a single thought? And maybe apply a slightly more friendly, inviting font?
I like your logos, I have your entry #24 in my second position overall. I like the palm tree but it looks like it is coming out of the side of the building. Also, I think the words themselves could use a little more color to make the logo more exciting, feel free to experiment with some different color variations on the words to add a little more pizazz.
