Hi there. I like the simplicity, but they are just a little too plain. Nothing about these says strong, high end brand. Additionally, in the brief, there was a need for additional text.. '40 Forty Home' or '40 Forty Commercial'. Please take this into consideration when designing where the would go and what colour scheme is going to separate the businesses.
