I like the stylized deer although the rack needs to resemble a bit more closely to a white-tailed deer or mule deer rack as far as the size/ angle of tines of the rack. (#78 is closer then #77) I think it would be important to have a core mark that does not rely on a backround shape to define it as we will be needing the buck mark itself to use in many applications without a background shape. The font you chose is a good weight although it is too young & cartoony for our brand.
