You font is to thick make it thinner remove that white space behind the S so the globe is more like two shades of blue look at the font on the text and follow that for the V & S use a straight line for the V it's too thick. If I could upload a picture I would but I dont see a way to do that

Make the glob in shades of blue drop the N and just have it read VSI inside the glob make the S in red inside the glob and remove the nationwide and drop the slogan play around with the colors different variations of blue and red
