on #51 can you capitalize CHICAGO just to see is it works? How about capitalizing the tag line. the reason for these request is that I also have to create a building Signage.

sorry it's taking so long, I can no longer have a designed with anything on top of the name, can you work with #88 it has to be almost all the same width, it can be any length, my rank 1st and 2nd will work. see if you can separate the dog figure on #88 a little to the left and shape it more.

The width of #88 is good as is, no need to bring the Dog down, just to the left and reshape

what are the max dimensions for signage this will help me adjust the design

I have a picture of the front of the building, once you see it you'll understand the restrictions, still not gotten official guidelines from landlord, but if you see this picture u can see that there is a structure that restricts the signage, my email is george@suenorealty.com if you send me an email to there I will reply with photo or advice how I can send u a pic

NO #92 is perfect.

My advice now is reviewing the 350x280 thumbnail images is not suitable to view as signage. We can adjust the to suite the signage area after the contest is over I do have experience is this area.

white the contest is active designers are not permitted to have outside contact with Contest Holders, however after you have selected a winner then that is a non issue we can discuss in greater detail the requirements outside of LT.
