Hello. I've created this simple yet distinct design taking into consideration all the aspects that you mentioned in your brief. I've kept the idea of the road (well two roads to suggest variety and alternatives) and in the same time made sure that the colors match your website, the design doesn't say expensive but rather economical and combined the moving concept with the sheet of paper with one bent corner to suggest quotes and resources. Hope you like my design and that it suits your needs. I've also provided a dark blue background in case you are considering placing the logo on that background on your website.
