Will I own the logo?
Yes, you will own the logo.
When a winner is selected and the uploaded logo files are approved a downloadable legal contract will be created. The legal ownership of the winning logo transfers from the designer to the client. All unchosen logos remain copyrighted by the respective Designers.
Trademark and Registration
Any legal requirements to trademark or register your logo is the responsbility of the client. Some clients hire lawyers to help them ensure a prospective new logo will be able to be registered.
