Hi All,
I have a little trouble with my coreldraw
When i create my design in pure white background, and ekspor it into png/jpg format, there is some black line in left side and bottom of the image.
But it won't happen when i create my designs in colour background.
it happened since i use windows 7 for my system operations.
i have reinstal my coreldraw, and the the same thing always happened.
is there any way for me without change my system operations?
the worst part,my designs which have pure white background was removed by moderator..:(

Thanks for your help..:)

I use Corel and but not windows 7 so not sure why that's happening. A quick fix until you figure it out, export it then open it in photo editing program and erase the border. Hope you figure out what's causing it.

I did a little research, and found a link you might want to check out. Hope it helps :)

http://www.fleetingglimpse.com/tutorials/nowhitebox/nowhitebox.html

It's a video and explains what's happening with the gray border.

there is an issue of what you describe in Coreldraw espcially with x3 it has to do with how the corel render engine works. I know that if I zoom in out really fast it will create artifacts (on edges) that will export with the images in these file types

1. jpg, pdfs

I had a project a few years back it was collage of imagess and exported to pdf and never saw the error until after print...lucky for me the image was very busy so not noticeable to the untrained eye because it looks like it was done on purpose it was not!!

X4 seemed to resolve it but it had happened a couple of times

x5 this time I had white line on edges of images created in PPX5 imported into CDRX5 and zoom in out the lines would appear then disappear but the lines always exported when publishing to jpg ot pdf

THIS IS NOT AN AA PROBLEM. the line are sold edge on the lower left and bottom

only work around is to open in PP and clean up the edges
