Our Target Audience:
The target audience would be building owners, commercial brokers, tenants, property managers, and architects. All of the related groups that work in some capacity with office, industrial, medical and retail space. Most of these people are white males, 30 - 50 years of age, living mostly in Southern California, income level would be approx $50k - $500k, 99% are college graduates, active lifestyles, and typically type "A" personalities.
