This is an 8-building business plaza and retail center in Columbia, Mo. Tenants include an insurance agency, furniture store, fitness center, chiropractor and medical supply company. Owner has recently upgraded the exterior of the plaza adding stoneworks and pitched roof gables on each building. (see attached photos) Owner wants to rebrand the center as a somewhat upscale business plaza.
