Both words ("victory" and "vision") should have equal weight (although could be different colors). I like fonts with a little "character" and favor sans serif, modern styles with enough thickness that a 3D look would work as an option.
The name is derived from the message behind the Bible scripture, "Without a vision, the people perish." In the context of Victory Vision Web Design: a clear, defined vision drives success (victory).
