We are really looking hard at #23. I think you should try to make #16 work with some golden colours similar to #23. Its a pretty tough choice at this point, so I would love to see you guys keep jamming with the current ideas

#31 looks very nice, the gradient is a bit softer than in #16. Could you work a bit on the gradient please

#35 Almost there I think. I see you changed the wing ends(on the W and the N) from #16 I might like the curved ones from #16 better, tough choice.

#35 & #41 The wing ends. I like the original design from 35 where they are curved, but I also like that the wings on #41 looks more like wings(due to their different lenghts) could you play around with this bit. How much do you think the gradient behind the logo matters? just a bit worried if it will conflict when making website etc. could you put up some revisions with plain background I can take a look at.
