Our Target Audience:
Lower-income males, females, and couples aged 30 and above. We are marketing just in Charlotte, NC. Most tenants have only a high school education if that. Some may live off of disability. The primary thing that people want is a clean, safe, comfortable apartment at an affordable rate.

Color Preferences:
Green and/or blue and black I would like to limit the number of colors to 2 or three at the max to minimize printing costs. No reds or browns please as the property already has plenty of those.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
The apartment complex is located by a creek I would like to integrate into the logo. Also, I am looking for a "classy" look, if that makes any sense. I would prefer no direct appeals to the lower-income part of the equation with dollar signs and the like.
