Take the lead

We are looking to design a logo / graphic for a meeting where the overall theme is "Take the Lead". We are looking for a creative visualization of this concept so that attendees of the meeting feel take away the concept of leadership

Blue (base - 2573BA, contrast and shading OK) and Green (base - 6dad46, contrast and shading OK)

Graphic is primary, wording (Take the Lead) is secondary/ less important.

There is a wonderful story that may be myth at this point. Nevertheless, our team has had a positive reaction to it. The story tells of a visit to NASA by JFK in the early 1960s. While touring the facility, he stopped to ask a Janitor what he did at NASA. Without hesitation, the Janitor responded: "Mr. President, I am helping but a Man on the Moon." It is that aligned sense of purpose and commitment in which we want to "take the lead." However, let's update this. Be inspired by the NASA story, but not creatively constrained by it.
