Design #1...Classy and simple, but not much to it. I think the J needs to be featured more. Didn't really like the trim around the circle on design #2.

Design #8. Your on the right track. We like the overall look of the logo, however we think it needs something more. We like the fonts and colors. Can't really tell that the J is a J however.

Design #4. Like the idea of using the S and J in a logo, but the design is too simple and we had to look hard to tell there is a J in the logo.

Design #3. See comment on Design 4. Hard to pick out the S in the logo portion of the design.

Design #5 and #6. If using silhouettes they need to be of people doing Pilates movements. Also don't like the electric blue in #6 or font in #5.

Design #7 Blue background forces our hand too much for Print products.

J was considered as a circular orange and pilates, but even there you only want the other designs. I can make some more specific

#7 just another view Ok No Problem

#9 J is better, but I don't know that someone that didn't know the business name would be able to pick it out right away and know that is a J.

#10 Lower mirrored silhouette would have to go. Also think we might have to use a different style/font on the J. It looks a little subdued. Like the color changes and accents.

We like the idea of having a separate emblem over the name like #3. The style if the SJ in #3 and #11 doesn't really work for us though.

#12 and #13 too floral.

All Designers. Thanks for your submissions so far. A lot of the logos are centered around the business name which we definitely want to feature, however we would like to see some emblem type designs as well. If you have any ideas for this style, please submit them as well. We are getting a good feel for colors and fonts and will continue to send feedback on the designs as much as possible. We appreciate seeing the abstract submissions as well even though they may not make our ranked designs. They help us to shape our comments and better define the product that we are seeking. Thanks again for your artistic submissions.

Design #17. We like the concept you have presented here and would like to see some variations with a little more complexity. We enjoy the font variations in many of your designs as well.

Design #16. We like the angle of the J and the slight vertical offset of the bracketing words better than in #17, however the similar fonts of the J and pilates make it a little difficult to read. It looks like one word.

Didn't Like font...too messy.

Sorry...last comment was for Design #14 and #15, The font was too messy.

Design #19. The font was a little too blocky and overall the design was a little on the simple side.

We liked #10 better than #28. The subdued silhouette was better than the bold one and we didn't like the angle of the silhouette. The larger J looked good however.

#18. I liked the overall look of the design, but the J looked a little messy. I think the font for the "studio" and "J" portions of the logo were not as crisp as we would like. The logo stands out from the others however and is pleasing to the eye.

#38 we like the idea of an abstract along side the company name, but the globe used looks like a basketball.

TO ALL DESIGNERS:: Thanks for all your submissions. We have realized after looking at your great designs that the font of the J is very important to us. It seems to be a difficult letter to capture with the more fancy fonts, so we ask that you keep that in mind with future submissions and adjustments. The J is the most important feature in the business name as it sets us apart from other pilates studios.

Thanks again for your hard work!!

#31 the abstract distracted us too much from the business name.

Dear CH,

This post was used on a different competition to highlight some rules of the LT (previously posted by Dazzle - Moderator for LT)

How are you doing ? hope you are doing great. As this contest is about to come to an end, and you will be chosing the best new logo for your company, i just wanted to have your attention to some important point that you might be aware of or might not. I hope i am not miss understood by pointing out this to you and that you understand.

When the contest ends and you have made your mind and desicion about the winner logo, the winner gets the 1st place, but the 2nd and 3rd place and going on forward, 4th, 5th, 6th , etc , each one or slot should be filled with a seperate designer and different concept you found second best, third best to follow etc.

This helps towards us designers ranking and also it is a way from you to show your appreciation to the hard effort and trails put from the beginning by one designer or appreciating a nice design concept put earlier by a designer that led to developing on right direction for others and you getting the best you could at the end.

It feels frasturating for other designers and pointless of giving all the top rankings for same winner designer, while those were just a small variations of the winning design and therefore the other places 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc are not filled with different designs from a different designer.

So i hope you understood my point i was just trying to point out to you here and all the best of luck in chosing your winner logo, there are really good ones out there.

Best Regards,

Kareem "
