We feel that we have grown out of our current logo and would like something more refined, elegant, simple and modern. We would like to see what the group comes up with. We do NOT, however want any filmmaking symbols - so no film frames, no film cans, no cameras, no projectors. Thanks.

Good start here so far, thanks everyone! We would also welcome ideas with a subtle Chinese iconic element to them, if you're so inspired. There might be a play to make with the Yin/Yang symbol (looks like an S), for example. The horizon with spark at edge concept is also interesting, as some of you have been playing with. Good stuff.

Really liking some of the new ideas being brought onto the table! A lot of these concepts we hadn't thought of before and they are helping to broaden what we are looking for. Love the new concepts and totally open to others as well, if you are so inclined.
