is trademarked with restrictions.

"Commercial firms and individuals who conduct business ventures will not be
permitted to use the AVMA Emblem in designs or embellishments on labels,
advertisements, or other materials that are designed to promote or identify
commercial products, services, or printed matter other than those
specifically licensed by the Association."

The AVMA logo cannot be used as part of another's logo and would be a trademark and copyright infringement. Please contact www.avma.org for further information.

Commenting on Night Owl's point - the 'V' with snake imagery is not acceptable to use. No designs should be submitted with that as a part of the design.
