The word "Second" has a triple meaning, as an adjective, verb, and noun. The idea is that a "second" CIO (adjective - additional, twin, extra, supporter, helper) will "second" them (verb - endorse, uphold, standy by, promote) in less than a "second" (noun - quickly, in nothing flat.) The noun meaning is least important right now, but the word "second" could still be italized or something to subtly indicate speed. Maybe the word "CIO" should have shadow text behind it to show a supportive function, etc.
